 | A summary on how to revive V360/L7 from software errors |
Scenario & solution
Scenario 1: Once power on, the phone is always in bootloader mode showing "Code corrupted", "RDL SIG ERR" or "PH SIG ERR".
Solution: Flash your phone again to a compatible and working Monster pack (MP) using RSD Lite.
Scenario 2: Once power on, the phone is always in bootloader mode showing "MEM_MAP BLANK" or other errors. You can't flash any MP using RSD Lite.
Solution: Flash your phone again to a compatible and working MP using P2K Easy Tool v3.9.
Scenario 3: You can't power on your phone. It stays in the black screen. Your phone is not detected by RSD Lite.
Solution: Take off battery, press & hold * and # keys, then put back battery. If the phone can go into bootloader screen, flash to a compatible and working MP using P2K Easy Tool v3.9.
Scenario 4: The phone boots into a white screen. It is not detected by RSD Lite.
Solution: Take off battery, press & hold * and # keys, then put back battery. If the phone can go into bootloader screen, flash to a compatible and working MP using P2K Easy Tool v3.9.
Scenario 5: You can't power on your phone. It stays in the black screen. Your phone is not detected by RSD Lite. It is detected "unknown device" & "USB device malfunctioned" by Windows. You can't get into bootloader mode by all means.
Solution: Steps:
1) testpoint your phone to get it detected as s blank neptune LTE2, then release the testpoint;
2) use P2K easy tool v3.9 to repair PDS;
3) testpoint your phone again to get it detected as s blank neptune LTE2, then release the testpoint;
4) flash to a compatible and working MP using P2K Easy Tool v3.9.
Scenario 6: You can't power on your phone. It stays in the black screen. Your phone is detected as "S Blank Neptune LTE2" by RSD Lite.
Solution: Repair "S Blank Neptune LTE2".

req. FB3 3.0.53 , usbsmart cyclone (P2K_Easy_Tool_v39) to flashing , test point if don´t enter in boot mode
1ro decompile the flash of your phone model for extract ramdld
2do go to terminal flash
3ro in v3i series put addres 10010000-12FFFFFF & L7/v360 series put 10010000-11FFFFFF
4to conect phone in bootloader mode or in t.p. mode and send the decompiled ramdld
5to Click in erase memory
6to flash with flash of your phone model with P2k usb smart cyclone (P2K_Easy_Tool_v39)

can this method also be used to unlock your phone without TP?
If you want to fuck! up your mobile , then try YUETMOD monsterpack and you will will have error messages even if you go back to original firmware .

rw-lite: Hey yuet i am recieving slow gprs speed on l7 about 5-6 kbps and on nokia 6630 it 15-20 kbps is there any way to speed it up
I think EDGE is not enabled in your L7. What firmware are u using? have you tried any of my MPs?
Hey Yuet... pls help me with a thing... i have instaled one of your MP's and worked fine... and now if i try to install any other MP my phone wont start at all... :( ...pls help...
which MP did u install? If it is v2.2, please flash to moto stock 5AR or 58R MP first, then you can flash to other MPs.
If you flashed the v4.0 AER MP, you made a mistake because AER is sticky, you have to get rid of it before u can flash to other MPs.
yes its v4.0.... how do I get rid of it... because i dont know.... (the problem is: when i try to flash another MP it installs on the phone but at the last restart it wont open at all!!!) thnx.

so i'm a bit stuck... my phone (v360) turns on shows the YuetMod "Loading" and then shuts off immediately so my computer can't even detect it anymore. help!!

Hi, my phone v360 recently stopped working and when searching on how to fix it, I found this awesome website. Actually, I played a little bit with p2k tools and suddenly I couldn't access some menus. Also I enabled the test field and had this annoying result: the screen comes with numbers asking me to go to "compass.mot.com/go/efem" . Secondly, I can't access the 'c' drive of the phone. I don't know what to do. Should I perform a flash or what? Please, help

rw-lite, I am just back from my holidays. I am not sure about the EDGE seem edit for L7, as I don't have an L7 to verify it. I remember I read something about it somewhere. will let u know when I have more info.
anonymous, when you are not sure what you did wrong, flashing a MP is the easiest way to solve the problem.

hello yuet ... I complained abt not being able to access drive c .... i simply flashed my phone with MP 3.2 and it was cool but I noticed dat it was a lil' slow, so I flashed it once more with MP 2.2 and it works.

Hey, thx for this information. That was helping me to get back my motto v300 after i tring to transfor in v620 (Bad mistake 'cause my phone is oldest model). My phone was not starting or booting after flash, but i not get any error message from RDS when the flash was complited. So i was tkae the battery out then pres in the same time the "*" & "#" keys and put back the battery. My phone was started in bootloader and i was able to put back this monster pack TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.72R_LP0032_JPJAVA_G_0B_TRIPLET_04_05R_SE6424AXXT11D4_1FF.
Now my phone is working perfectly as v600.

while phone is stuck in bootloader mode how can i charge the battery pls? USB cable dosent seem to work anymore for battery charging and screen now says 'battery low not ok to program'.
Anonymous you can charge the battery in a friend's phone.the charger doesn't work? the charger should work even if the phone doesn't start.GL

woo hoo i made a charger with stickytape and wire, and flashed the phone to v1.8 MP... now i can charge using the usb cable!
Let's see if you can help me out of my screw-up. I downloaded and tried to install the DEV3cr2corelets MP from mobilejunkies.net. I didn't notice the fact that it was for the Razor V3.
It gave me an error when I tried to install it so I decompressed a stock .shx I had and substituted the ramloader into the V3 MP. It tanked and now I can't load anything on my phone.
When I use P2K Easy Tools to try to load any .shx (including the stock) I get:

About the charger, it is really great that you can make one from stickytape & wire. How do you make it?
the sticky tape anon cant seem to get the phone to go into blank mode. i have tried all 4 methods i have found. Yuets 2, angels spanish translation, and lord dizzy. I have a locked telstra v360 with BL 08.D0 and SW R4513_G_08.B7.ABR. First i flash my phone to yuetmod v3.2 no problem so far, then i try to flash the various blank lte files. (only one of them!)I keep getting stuck at the bit where i have to plug the phone in with no battery. The PC only detects 'this device has a problem....blah, blah'. I have tried all the ports and no difference. Please can someone help me!
These are the errors when I try to flash with the "S Blank Neptune LTE2" MP:
(PopUp)Phone failed initial security verification checks. HAB error 0x8
(Status)Failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: Error getting subscriber unit information. Device API Error: 0xE0020008 Command: RQHW(0xE0822008)
the sticky tape is the way to go if you run out of battery do like me took a nokia
charger (3.7 Volts) and attached two wires to the charger and then to the battery :o)
notice this is not healthy for your battery :P

Besh, v2.2 is not compatible with 09.02 bootloader, please flash to v2.0 or v1.8.
I have none of the above scenarios. What i get is the phone going immediately into Bootloader mode (08.A0), but RSDLite can never connect to it. Other progs can connect and put the phone into 'Transfer mode' but cannot do much with them, e.g. P2KEasy give me "Processing input file:

MultiFlashFlex gives **Unable to connect to subscriber unit. Unable to get string descriptors. MA Type 0 not supported**.
I cannot even try to load MP because as soon as RSDLite is opened it puts the phone into Data Mode and never goes to Transfer mode, therefore I am never able to see my phone to connect and execute the MP. Transfer.

I've got one for you. I was doing the boot screen replacer, and finally was flashing the shx with RSD Lite, but at the end it said that there was an error and the phone was dead. now when i press the power button it flashes the boot loader screen for 1 sec then shuts down again, when i do *# power, it shows the bootscreen and says Battery Low , Cannot program. So i think that i just need to charge the battery, is there a way to charge the battey when it won't turn on (i've tried using the charger, it shows the boot screen and says Battery Low, Cannot program) Do you have any suggestions?
